I absolutely agree with it. I think that driving after drinking is completely irresponsible. It is dangerous for everybody who at that time is on the road. The most accidents on the road are caused by drunken drivers.
My reasons are:
1) I think the laws need to be stronger.
2) For people who drink alcohol beverages have to pay a large fine (штраф).
3) In my opinion people who drink and drive should lose their license for life.
Maybe so heavy punishment can change their minds find the exit of the problem of drunken drivers. Perhaps if the drunks who choose to drive risked losing their cars and licenses for life, they would think twice before getting in the car. Imagine, if a driver who drink an alcohol crash into another car, and inside there was someone who hadn't been drunk driving, he can kill this person, because of the stupid decision. In my opinion we should remember that to get into the car while drunk is risky to not only for our life, but for the life of other people.
